Do you offer walk-ins?

Due to the guidelines set by the State of Tennessee, we cannot accept walk-in appointments.

What is your new patient procedure?

You can call us about setting up an appointment. We will ask you for some information and once we have reviewed that information, we will call you and let you know what we will need to proceed from there to get you established as a new patient.

How do I get referred to South Healthcare Associates & Pain Specialists?

If you require a referral after we have reviewed your information, your physician can call us to obtain a referral form that outlines the required paperwork we must have before we can schedule an appointment. Once the paperwork is received, we will call you to let us know what we will need from you. After all paperwork is received and reviewed, we can schedule you a new patient appointment.

Do you accept cash for payment?

We cannot accept cash as a form of payment. This is a regulation set by the State of Tennessee. We can accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cashier's checks. Money orders and personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.
